Swovee currently identifies a project.
On these pages, “Swovee,” “the project,” “we” and “our” refer to the Swovee concept project and its organizers. These interim terms do not represent that a particular corporation, registered office, jurisdiction, agent for service or monitored legal contact has been verified.
No product offer and no promise to deliver.
Swovee is a concept-stage architecture. Specifications, renders, workflows, costs, schedules, readiness levels and performance values are targets, assumptions or proposed methods unless an item is expressly linked to test evidence.
The site does not offer a machine for sale, accept a preorder or deposit, promise a pilot, establish a shipping date, create a warranty or guarantee regulatory approval.
Read, discuss and challenge—without operating from it.
You may view and link to public pages for personal, educational, journalistic, research or evaluation purposes, subject to applicable law. You may not misrepresent concept material as certified, tested, approved, endorsed or available for purchase.
Nothing on the site is architectural, structural, geotechnical, surveying, environmental, safety, legal, investment or other professional advice. A site scan, generated option, model output or cost estimate must not be used as construction authority.
Names, marks, page design, text, imagery, downloads and technical material may be protected by intellectual-property laws. No patent, trademark, fabrication or commercial license is granted merely by public access.
Play creates prompts, not proof.
The Swovee Simulator is a local entertainment and hypothesis-generation experience. Its terrain, material properties, economics, timing, hazards, events, scores, “Terra Credits,” mission outcomes and debriefs are synthetic. They are not a real site assessment, construction or mission plan, financial or investment analysis, engineering validation record, test result, readiness determination or claim of achievable performance.
A simulator score cannot release hardware, approve a structure, establish safety, change a controlled design or substitute for physical testing and independent acceptance. “Credits” have no cash value, ownership right, prize entitlement or purchasing function.
Routes, decisions, scores and debrief JSON created during local play are not silently submitted to Swovee, and the project does not claim ownership of that player-created output merely because the simulator generated it on the player's device. The underlying simulator, interface and project materials remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Any future upload, community challenge, research contribution or rights request would require a separate, affirmative process and updated terms.
A recurring gameplay friction may suggest a question worth testing. Only controlled analysis, bench work, analog testing and authorized review can create engineering evidence.
Concept geometry is not a drawing release.
Files marked A0, concept or not for fabrication are intended for packaging review, interface discussion, visualization and evaluation. They do not authorize fabrication, lifting, pressure containment, electrical integration, human proximity, autonomous operation, road use or flight.
A definitive public CAD license and verified permissions contact have not yet been published. Until they are, do not use the files for fabrication, production, safety decisions or commercial redistribution. Do not remove status markings or imply that a modified file is an approved Swovee release.
Fabrication requires controlled requirements, hazards, load cases, detailed design, purchased-part selection, analysis, verification, change control and authorized release by qualified professionals.
An estimate is not a bid.
Illustrative cost and schedule tools use editable assumptions and limited printed scope. They may omit land, design, permits, geotechnical work, foundations, roof, utilities, openings, finishes, freight, tax, financing, insurance, bonding, overhead, downtime, weather, profit and jurisdiction-specific approval.
Comparisons must not be presented as proven savings or workforce outcomes until supported by representative field evidence and equivalent scope.
Public access is not authorization to test.
Do not disrupt the site, bypass controls, scan for vulnerabilities, access non-public systems or data, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the material unlawfully. No bug-bounty, safe-harbor or penetration-testing authorization is currently offered.
If you believe you found a vulnerability, review the current limitations on the security page. Do not publish exploit details or attempt to prove impact by accessing, altering or retaining data.
Interim means visibly incomplete.
External links are provided as technical references; their operators control their own content and policies. Reference to an agency, standard, company or mission does not imply affiliation, endorsement or certification.
These terms may be revised as the project, legal status and services mature. A governing-law, venue, liability-allocation and verified notice clause are intentionally not invented here. Those items require an identified operating entity and counsel review.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, public concept materials are provided for evaluation without a promise that they are complete, accurate, fit for a particular purpose or continuously available. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
