Concrete is not a refill.
It is a controlled process.
A02 is designed to mix qualified printable mortar onboard, receive qualified wet material or condition characterized soil. Each path has explicit inputs, instruments and rejection rules; none is an integrated test result.
How Swovee mixes and loads its own concrete.
Keyed dry pods or supersack transfer load binder and graded sand into sealed day bins.
Lot IDs, mass, moisture and recipe authorization must agree before the gates open.
Loss-in-weight screws meter solids while pumps meter water and admixtures.
A continuous paddle or twin-shaft mixer wets the stream under torque and temperature monitoring.
A small agitated wet hopper decouples mixer pulsation from nozzle demand without hiding material age.
A reversible progressive-cavity pump drives the shortest practical instrumented hose to the arm.
Every physical input arrives with data.

What it can—and cannot—process.
0-4 mm aggregate; verified pumpability, buildability, open time and interlayer behavior.
Every binder or SCM source change reopens the process window.
Fiber length and dose remain inside screw, hose and nozzle blockage evidence.
Lab-characterized, moisture-corrected and screened before entry; never raw excavation.
Requires chemically compatible wet path, handling controls and a distinct qualification.
Aggregate above 4 mm requires a larger pump, hose, mixer and nozzle architecture.
Ordinary slump concrete is not automatically printable or compatible with the wet path.
Needs thermal or chemical isolation, fumes control and a separate safety case.
The minimum evidence chain.
Load cells
Close the solid and liquid mass balance over every job.
Metering feedback
Compare commanded and delivered liquid dose continuously.
Wet-path taps
Locate restriction and detect blockage before hose or pump overload.
Torque + temperature
Expose rheology drift, cure acceleration and mechanical wear.
Wet material must have a designed exit.
Normal close: stop dry feed, chase the mixer into the buffer, purge the pump into a capture bin, reverse the pump, remove the short hose cassette and wash inside a contained circuit.
Blocked path: isolate stored pressure, identify the segment between pressure taps, use only the approved mechanical or reversible-pump recovery, and replace the cassette when time exceeds the safe open window.
Waste custody: record prime, purge, failed coupon, wash water and hardened waste against designed onboard and site capacity.
