Interchangeable compaction, microwave, laser, hot-press or conditional binder modules apply the smallest useful amount of process energy.

Place + inspect

The mobile arm grades, forms, fuses or assembles while scan-to-plan metrology closes every construction pass.

U01UTILITY PALLET

Power + communications

The mission supplies grid power, storage, thermal rejection, navigation references and the delay-tolerant Earth link.

The printer does not carry the quarry. Scoop can keep mining while Rovalizer builds, and the most abrasive preprocessing remains at a serviceable dock.

It arrives before the crew—and earns permission to build.

    Deploy from a cargo lander, verify mobility, tools, power, thermal control and communications. A failed self-test holds the fleet in safe mode.

    MAP + FENCE

    Build a terrain twin, identify slopes and obstacles, register the utility pallet and accept a signed mission polygon from Earth.

  3. 03
    ASSAY + COUPON

    Scoop opens small quarry cells. Prep Dock measures mass and grading. Forge makes coupons from each lot before any structural campaign.

  4. 04
    QUALIFY

    Geometry, thermal history and mechanical response must stay inside the approved recipe envelope. Unknown material is downgraded to fill or rejected.

  5. 05
    BUILD + PROVE

    The mission executive schedules excavation, hauling, energy-intensive processing, inspection and recharge. Every placed region retains batch genealogy.

  6. 06
    RECOVER

    Deterministic routines handle jams, lost localization, sensor occlusion and low power. Earth receives evidence and exceptions—not a joystick feed.
